Please note: Only Standard and USPS Priority Mail shipping services are available for orders shipping to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Standard Shipping outside the contiguous 48 states will take up to 3-5 weeks. USPS Priority Mail outside the contiguous 48 states will take 2-5 business days to Alaska and Hawaii and up to 2 weeks for U.S. Territories and military addresses. Our UPS Ground® and UPS Next Day Air® Services are available within the 48 contiguous United States only. UPS 2nd Day Air® Service is available within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) on weekdays generally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) generally ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Please Note: We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Note that the Standard shipping option uses both U.S. Postal Service and UPS. The carrier is automatically selected based on your order's weight and destination.

When Shipping to an APO or FPO Address you can upgrade standard shipping to include Postal Air Lift (PAL) for an additional $1.70.

* Please note that air delivery to some areas in the South Pacific, Africa, Bermuda and Singapore can take slightly longer. Delivery to the West Indies and Caribbean can take 12+ weeks.

International Customers: Please contact us before returning any product. 

US & Canadian Customers:

  1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
  2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.
  3. Imprinted items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless imprint or item is defective.
  4. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
  5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

When returning items:

  • Don't have your invoice? Download a printable return form here:
  • Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified. We recommend insuring your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or FedEx.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
